Mass confusion as 12 employees stumble over each other. Only 2 people ahead in line, yet still took 7 minutes to get a coffee.

Tim's is great. The food and drink are fresh 99%of the time. I've had one not so go experience there. The customer service is great. As with most Tim Hortons places, this one is always busy and they should consider bigger parking areas at all of their locations with drive thru areas going around it and not through it.
